25. Ohio State

2019/2020 Record: 21-10 (11-9 Big 10)

Key Returns: CJ Walker, Duane Washington Jr, and Kyle Young

Key Losses: Luther Muhammad, DJ Carton, and Andre Wesson

Key Recruits/Transfers: Seth Towns (Transfer from Harvard), Abel Porter (Transfer from Utah State), Zed Key, and Eugene Brown III.

Landing Seth Towns was huge for the Buckeyes this offseason. Towns was the former Ivy League Player of the Year last season and will be a big addition to the offense for Ohio State. Chris Holtmann will coach for the Buckeyes in his 4th season with the team. Holtmann is a great coach that will only build on last year’s program and continue their success to make a push into the top ten.

24. Arizona State

2019/2020 Record: 20-11 (11-7 PAC12)

Key Returns: Alonzo Verge Jr and Remy Martin

Key Losses: Rob Edwards and Romello White

Key Recruits/Transfers: Marcus Bagley, Chris Osten, Luther Muhammad (Transfer from Ohio State), and Holland Woods (Transfer from Portland State)

Five years ago, Bobby Hurley has turned around the Sun Devils basketball program. Hurley has done a great job recruiting athletes on to the team. Adding Marvin Bagley III’s brother, Marcus Bagley, gives the Sun Devils more height and shooting. Bagley is a versatile athlete that can shoot on the perimeter and is not afraid to drive to the lane. This year they look to make a run deep into March Madness; by having some of their top scorers return next year, so do not be surprised to hear more about the Sun Devils later this season.

23. UCLA

2019/2020 Record: 19-12 (12-6 PAC12)

Key Returns: Cody Riley, Chris Smith, Jalen Hill, and Jaime Jaquez Jr

Key Losses: Armani Dodson and Prince Ali

Key Recruits/Transfers: Jaylen Clark and Johnny Juzang (Transfer from Kentucky)

The Bruins were not active with recruiting this year which can hurt them; however, a lot of their team is returning this year. Signing Jaylen Clark is huge for the Bruins because he is one of the best shooting guards in the country and weill only add more scoring when needed. He can make plays off of the dribble and can shoot well beyond the arc.  Leading scores and role players will be pivotal to this team’s success. Also, they will have one of the best backcourts in the country with the addition of Juzang.
