Senior center Jackson Ames will also be returning for Marian after averaging 6.3 rebounds last season.

Latest on Indiana basketball
The Hoosier’s victory over the Tennessee Volunteers this past weekend provided an optimistic look to the future of this season as the team managed to hold it together throughout a close and intense game. As the Hoosiers take the floor in Assembly Hall for the first time this season, they should be able to carry over the excitement of this win into their next game.
Washington State transfer guard Myles Rice was undoubtedly a key to the Hoosier’s success on Sunday. Rice scored ten points against the Volunteers and allowed for Indiana to play at the fast pace they are looking for. Oumar Ballo and Malik Reneau also proved to be key players on the inside. Ballo had 6 points and 11 rebounds and Reneau had 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Surely the Hoosiers are looking to have an outstanding performance for their first game in Bloomington in this season, so don’t be surprised to see these names, and others, have a great game.
Looking ahead
Indiana will begin their regular season against Southern Illinois University Edwardsville at Assembly Hall at 8 p.m. EST on Nov. 6.
