As College Basketball approaches, more and more players are starting to come to a conclusion of where they want to play basketball next fall. Over the past two weeks, we saw two 5 star recruits announce their college decisions, while three 5 stars reduced their lists as their decision nears. Here is a recap of all the action.

Teams:

Memphis:

Memphis made their first huge splash after receiving a commitment from DJ Jeffries. Jeffries is ranked at 21 according to ESPN, but the main reason why this move could be so important is that it could make the #1 overall player James Wiseman lean more towards Memphis due to the fact he will have talented players around him.

Villanova:

Nova made a huge splash by getting Jeremiah Robinson Earl to commit recently. He picked the Wildcats over Kansas. Robinson- Earl is ranked 18 according to 247 Sports, and will now play alongside the #12 overall player Bryan Antoine.

Players:

Cole Anthony:

Anthony, the number 3 recruit for 2019, has lowered his list to 6 schools. On his list include UNC, Georgetown, Oregon, Miami, Wake Forest, and Notre Dame. UNC appears to be the overwhelming favorite at the time, but Anthony has not made any commitment to the team yet.

Boogie Ellis:

Ellis, another 5 star, lowered his list of schools to 5. On this list are Memphis, Duke, USC, UNC, and San Diego State. Duke seems to be the favorite at the moment for him. Ellis is the #35 recruit this year,

Jeremy Roach:

Jeremy Roach has lowered his list to 4, and as of now, the only information we know is he will be playing in a blue jersey in 2020. On this list are UNC, Duke, Kentucky, and Villanova. Roach is the #16 player of his class and the #1 point guard.
