Latest on Indiana Basketball

The Hoosiers are coming off of a statement win against SIUE with a final score of 80-61. Sophomore forward Mackenzie Mgbako was no doubt a stand out, finishing with 31 points and 9 rebounds. Senior center Oumar Ballo was also a huge contributor thank to his work on the inside. Ballo finished with 15 points and 6 rebounds.

Hoosier fans still look to see more from senior guard Trey Galloway. Galloway played 17 minutes and provided 6 points for Indiana, but appears to still be recovering from his knee injury. Senior guard Anthony Leal was not dressed for the game and was reported to be out with an injury.

Overall, the Hooisers had a slow start, but managed to pull things together in the second half. Rebounding and boxing out appeared to be tough for Indiana in the first half, but it improved throughout the game. 3-point shooting continues to be a struggle for team. The Hoosiers will look to continue their success against the EIU Panthers.
